THE IMPORTANT STUFF

Seller Agreement

Inventory, delivery, pricing, and payout responsibilities for every seller.

Last updated August 11, 2026

These policies are written to be clear and practical. If a policy conflicts with a right you cannot waive under applicable law, that law controls.

1. Seller eligibility

You must be at least 18, own or control the listed tickets, have authority to transfer them, and complete any identity, tax, banking, and Stripe Connect onboarding we require. Selling speculative, duplicated, restricted, or unlawfully obtained inventory is prohibited.

2. Accurate and exclusive listings

  • Describe the event, qualifying condition, ticket quantity, section, row, seats, accessibility attributes, restrictions, and transfer timing accurately.
  • Keep the tickets available and under your control until every related contract settles or is canceled.
  • Do not sell, transfer, materially alter, or separately list committed inventory in a way that risks non-fulfillment.
  • Correct errors immediately and cooperate with verification or manual review.

3. Fulfillment

When a contract qualifies, you must transfer the exact promised tickets by the deadline and through a supported, verifiable method. Clinched may require transfer emails, ticket identifiers, screenshots, or other evidence. A transfer is not complete until the required delivery evidence is accepted.

If you cannot fulfill, contact sellers@clinched.com immediately. Replacement costs, buyer refunds, chargebacks, penalties, and other losses caused by your breach may be deducted from pending or future payouts where permitted.

4. Fees and payouts

The listing or checkout flow will disclose applicable seller fees. Payouts are processed through Stripe Connect only after required fulfillment, settlement, fraud, and compliance checks. Timing is an estimate, not a guarantee, and may be delayed for review, reserves, disputes, or provider outages.

You are responsible for your taxes and for maintaining accurate payout and tax information.

5. Enforcement

We may remove listings, pause payouts, require reserves, restrict selling, recover losses, or suspend an account for inaccurate inventory, excessive failures, suspected fraud, policy violations, or legal risk. You remain responsible for transactions entered before suspension or termination.
