1. Inventory you may not list
- Counterfeit, stolen, canceled, already used, invalid, or unlawfully obtained tickets.
- Tickets you do not own or control, including speculative inventory you merely expect to acquire.
- Tickets already sold, transferred, committed elsewhere, or listed in a way that creates a material double-sale risk.
- Non-transferable, identity-bound, restricted, complimentary, charity, student, military, accessibility, fan-club, hospitality, or promotional inventory when resale or transfer is prohibited or eligibility cannot be honored.
- Tickets obtained through bots, circumvention, fraud, account takeover, or violation of applicable law.
- Inventory for unlawful events or transactions subject to sanctions or other legal restrictions.
2. Prohibited listing practices
- Hiding obstructed views, age restrictions, companion-seat requirements, delayed delivery, or other material limitations.
- Using misleading event, team, outcome, section, row, seat, quantity, or pricing information.
- Splitting seats that must remain together or promising seat assignments you cannot deliver.
- Directing users off-platform to avoid fees, safeguards, or records.
- Manipulating qualification, settlement, or verification evidence.
3. Review and enforcement
Clinched may request proof of purchase, control, transferability, ticket terms, identity, or other evidence before or after a listing goes live. We may remove inventory, cancel transactions, withhold payouts where permitted, recover losses, report suspected crime, or suspend accounts.
If you are unsure whether inventory is permitted, contact sellers@clinched.com before listing it.
